  • What is Milk Snob Rewards?
    Our loyalty program brings even more fun to shopping. Earn points through creating an account, following us on social media, successful referrals and more, and then you can redeem those points for discounts on future orders.
  • Can I use all my points at once?
    You can redeem up to 800 points for $40 off per order.
  • How do I use my rewards points and discounts?
    Once logged in and ready to check out, any points you have available will be redeemable on your check out page. Select the points that you’d like to apply to your order and continue to checkout!
  • Will my past purchases count toward my points?
    Purchases made after November 20, 2020 should be viewable in your Milk Snob Rewards as points. If you don't have an account, simply create one using the email address you use to make purchases and you will be able to access your points from purchases after 11/20.
  • Can I transfer and merge my points between two separate accounts?
    You cannot transfer or merge points between accounts.
  • Do points expire?
    They do not!
  • How do I earn points?
    Many ways! You can earn points through creating an account, purchasing from Milk Snob under your account, following us on Instagram, sharing us on Facebook and more! All earning details can be seen on our Rewards page!
  • I performed an action to earn points, but my points aren’t showing up.
    You must perform the action via the modal on the Milk Snob Rewards page. Please note that it could take up to 24 hours for your points balance to adjust. If your balance still doesn’t look right after this time, please contact our Customer Service team at and they can assist you!
  • How do I check my points balance?

  • I have enough points! Why can’t I redeem my points?
    First, make sure you're signed into your account prior to checking out. If you are still having trouble, reach out to our customer service at for assistance. Also, note that you can only use points in certain increments displayed at checkout.
  • Am I able to use a discount code with my rewards?
    Unfortunately, we are not able to stack discount codes with rewards.
  • I already had my baby. Can I retroactively receive points for a past due date?
    Unfortunately, no. You can use our due date calendar on any upcoming pregnancies!
