RETURNS

To initiate a return, click here.

Returns for items purchased at milksnob.com must be initiated within 60 days of purchase. Store credit cannot be used in conjunction with additional discount codes, including for Black Friday.  Returns for any Milk Snob items purchased from other retailers must be initiated with that retailer, in accord with their return guidelines.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In cases of manufacturing defects, please follow these steps:

  • Email a photo of the defective product and proof of purchase to hello@milksnob.com within 30 days of purchase
  • You will receive a response within 1-2 business days and a replacement product will be sent to you free of charge

SHIPPING

All orders within the USA will ship via USPS or DHL unless otherwise specified. Shipping times are an estimate and not a guarantee of delivery within that timeframe. Please allow 1 business day for your order to be processed. For orders including backordered items, all items will be shipped together once backordered items are in-stock. Orders will not be split into separate shipments.

LOST SHIPMENTS

If you purchased Order Protection package insurance and believe your package is lost, please file your claim here.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please be aware that international charges (customs, duties and taxes) may occur. Milk Snob is not responsible for these charges.  All international orders will ship on the next Friday after the order is placed.  International orders may be in transit for 15-20 business days.
